При установке Windows 11 24H2 (билд 26052 и все последующие версии) мы столкнемся с новыми трудностями.
При установке свежей версии Windows 11 сталкиваемся с требованиями обязательного подключения компьютера к сети Интернет и создания учётной записи пользователя Microsoft.
Пропустить этот шаг или создать локального пользователя возможности нет. Кнопочки «Пропустить» или «У меня нет Интернета» больше нет.
1 Способ решения проблемы
Опция которая помогает обойти обязательное требования подключения к сети при установке ОС (на экране «Давайте подключим вас к сети» нажать клавиши Shift+F10 или Shift+Fn+F10 на некоторых ноутбуках).
oobe\bypassnro
После перезагрузки появится кнопочка «у меня нет Интернета». Дальше можно будет создать локального пользователя.
Это универсальный способ создать именно локального пользователя в Windows 10-11, который никак не зависит от учётной записи Microsoft.
2 способ решения проблемы
Можно вместо oobe\bypassnro в этом месте из консоли сразу пользователя создать:
C:\Windows\System32>net.exe user «Andrey» /add
C:\Windows\System32>net.exe localgroup «Administrators» «Andrey» /add
C:\Windows\System32>msoobe.exe && shutdown.exe -r
На немецкой винде надо использовать «Administratoren»
Тоже работает (после перезагрузки будет одноразовое сообщение что пароль некорректен, но на работоспособность не влияет, после второй перезагрузки его не будет)

В последних сборках отключили все предыдущие способы установки без интернета и добавления локальной учётки. Самый популярный способ обхода «bypassnro» ЗАКРЫЛИ «из-за безопасности» и якобы для удобства пользователей.
Решение ЕСТЬ: показываем, как пропустить регистрацию.
Во время установки винды жмем Shift + F10 и открываем командную строку.
Вводим команду:
reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f shutdown /r /t 0”
Ну а после уже можно пробовать предыдущие способы которые описаны выше.
Это только HOME версии походу, у других вроде всё как было раньше.
Получается это универсальный способ создать локальную учётку..
